35 weeks

5 weeks to go and I'm feeling about the same. I seem to drop everything now that it is harder to bend down and pick it up. And she's still really active. I have all sorts of little bumps poking out of my tummy, which I imagine must be a foot or a hand, but there is no way of knowing. She's stopped moving for me on demand (when I put my hand on my tummy), but when Joe puts his hand on my tummy, she moves all around?! I guess she knows her daddy's hand (she's used to mine I guess).

Our maternity pictures are in and our photographer has them posted on her website. If you care to take a look, the website is www.abphotography.info. Click "clients" and the event code is 96583Wsutton2. We are very happy with them. In fact, we are having a hard time deciding which ones we want to order. I know we'd like to get something for Danica's room. I love #90 myself.

We are getting the nursery together. It's been a very slow process and although I've mentioned painting earlier on... we haven't got that far yet. There's a crib... and as of this past weekend, there is a mattress... and I'm ordering a dresser/changer for her this week. So we'll paint after Thanksgiving. The next item on the list is to start washing the crib sheets and her newborn clothes. Nana bought her this great newborn sleeper for Christmas. It has reindeer on the sleeper, reindeer feet, and then we bought a reindeer hat that matches. I think that's what we are going to put on her in the hospital. She'll be so cute!

We went to childbirth class this past weekend. We learned a lot. Someone asked me if going to the class and talking about labor scared me, but it really didn't. It really prepared my mind for what I will need to be doing during labor. I was glad for the class and thought it was helpful. My next doctor's appointment is December 2. At that point, they'll want to see me every week. At the last appointment, the doctor went over signs of preterm labor. At this point anything can happen... but I'm ready. I can't wait to meet Danica!
